We assure you that we will take all the precautions to ensure that that your package is delivered to you intact and as soon as possible by our delivery partner. Just place the order and leave the rest to us because we have your best interests at heart.
Tracking my Order
You can track your order by clicking on “track your order” on Mobile APP& Web Online Store: LAPLUME.AE or by calling 0503664069 Tracking the order gives the status of the shipment as far as the order in question is concerned. On the track order link, fill the form and the website will give you the status of shipment of the product.
Please Note
It should be noted that accepting payment is one way of accepting the delivery, therefore, is not possible to open the items that have the manufacturer’s seal, reject them and send them back to the same driver. Returning the product to the same driver who delivered it will only be possible if the product has not been opened and the seal broken. In the case where the products that have been delivered do not meet the necessary specifications, then they will be returned in accordance with the return policy.
Delivery Times
The delivery time starts from the time of processing your order from 7-45 working days and we deliver the order to the delivery company, where our delivery partners make the first attempt to deliver the product to you. Products are delivered within working days. Working days do not include weekends and public holidays. Delivery time depends on whether the product is a ready-made order or new sewing.
Shipping & Costs:
- To offer you the best service and ensure fast delivery We ship with Aramex. Shipping rates vary depending on the type of shipment and destination and your price will be automatically calculated at checkout.
- The company is not responsible for any product not received by the delivery company within 3 working days from the date of delivery.
- The company is not responsible for any delays due to destination customs clearance.
Important Delivery Information
We recommend that you consider the following information:
- All orders require a signature on receipt upon receiving of your order.
- We are unable to forward orders once items are shipped, so please ensure that someone can sign your order at the specified shipping address.
- From time to time, we run free shipping promotions to be notified by email or on LA PLUME Mobile APP and the LAPLUME.AE website.
- Please note that free shipping promotions will be applied to your order at checkout.
- If you need to return an item you purchased during a free shipping promotion, we will not consider outbound shipping costs (since this was free) and you will be charged a return shipping fee as usual.
- We insure each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you are not the receiver of your purchase (for example a gift order) then the person who signs for the package confirms receipt and is accountable for the package.
