You have until three days that to make a request to return the product after the product has been delivered to you. We understand the challenges of online purchasing, and there is a chance that the product may not meet your specifications. We understand that you may receive a product that is different from what you wanted.
We will send someone to collect the product from you. You have to make sure that the product is of the same quality as it was at the time we delivered it to you. We shall not accept products that you have damaged either accidentally or on purpose. It is, therefore, the responsibility of the buyers to take good care of the product prior to return as a way of preventing any damage. We will not be liable for any damages that occur when the good is on transit because it is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the product gets to us in its good condition. If the product is still in the same good condition as it was delivered to you, we shall accept the refund your money. In the case where we delivered a damaged defective item or its not in the same packaging how we delivered, we will not accept to refund the money to the buyer. If the product is in accordance with the terms of return, we will refund the money in full except the shipping fees.
Repair, Replacement and Return Policy:
- We accept free repair of all new products case of any manufacturer defect
- Not all durty and used products are received.
- Not all laundered or ironed products are received.
- The ready-made products and accessories shall be replaced with a maximum of 7 days from the date of receipt, provided that they are in their original condition.
- In case of damage or manufacturing error and cannot be repaired for any reason, the customer shall be compensated within a maximum of 15 days from the date of receipt by one of these options:
- Replace the abaya with a new abaya detail.
- Replacement of ready-made products and accessories.
- Return the amount paid by the customer (the value of the abaya) or other products.
- Customer will not be compensated for delivery fees.
- In case of cash payment, the purchase amount will be returned to the customer's IBAN account within 20-30 working days from the date of receiving the product from the customer, or you will receive a voucher to return the amount paid if you wish for this option.
- In the case of electronic payment, the purchase amount will be returned directly to the customer, the amount will reach the customer's account within 7-15 working days, and may take longer in some cases.
